WHY IE over Netscape?
I've found that although Netscape is good (maybe TOO good) for users that don't know what is actually happening (take the window that pops up on this page, Netscape says 'JavaScript Application' as apposed to IE saying 'Microsoft Internet Explorer' (point being a user does not know what JavaScript Application means; 'A virus??!!')
